Risk Free · SEO & AI search

Be found, be understood, be trusted.

Risk Free audits your website, fixes what stops search engines and AI answer tools from finding and understanding it, and checks again.

Audit, then fixes; monthly optional Quoted after a short call. The audit report is yours whether or not you carry on.

For Ontario businesses. No promised rankings, rich results or AI citations.

What you get

  • An audit you can act on

Every finding in plain words, ranked, with the fix and how we’ll check it.

  • Fixes, in order of effect

Crawler access, titles and headings, links between pages, structured data, speed. The ones that matter most go first.

  • Pages people actually want

One page for each real question your customers ask, written from your facts.

  • A monthly report, if you carry on

What changed, what we did and what’s next, in plain language.

How an audit runs

Crawl, rank, fix, measure.

AI-search readiness isn’t a separate trick. It means your site is easy for search engines and AI answer tools to find, read and quote correctly. The audit checks that in four steps.

harbourviewphysio.example Example crawl · fictional site
A fictional example. The crawl starts at the home page of a made-up physiotherapy clinic and finds eight pages: services, with physiotherapy, massage therapy and sports injuries beneath it, then about, with the team beneath it, and contact. Each page’s title is read. A customer searching for “physio near me” points at the Physiotherapy page, and the crawl flags one finding there, marked Fix soon: the page doesn’t say which area the clinic serves.

What a crawl sees.

A search engine or an AI answer tool reads your site page by page: what each page is called, what it says, and how it links to the rest. The audit does the same, then ranks what’s stopping you from being found or understood, with the fix for each.

The example site is fictional. Findings are illustrative, not a result.

  1. Crawl

    We
Crawl your site the way a search engine does, then read the finished pages as a visitor on a phone would.
    You get
A full list of your pages, and which ones open, redirect or fail.
  2. Findings, ranked

    We
Sort every finding: Fix first, Fix soon, Worth doing, or Pass.
    You get
A plain-language report. Each finding says why it matters, what the fix is, who does it and how we’ll check it.
  3. Fixes

    We
Make the fixes you choose and we can reach. The report says who does the rest.
    You get
Better titles and headings, clean redirects, links between pages, structured data that matches the page. Each fixed page is tested again.
  4. Measure

    We
Run the same checks again. Make sure Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools show how your site appears.
    You get
The same checks, before and after. If you carry on monthly: a plain-language report.

What we check.

  1. Can search engines get in? Your pages are open to Google and Bing, not shut out by mistake.

  2. Does the sitemap match the site? Every real page is listed, and nothing that’s gone.

  3. One address per page The same page doesn’t live at several addresses.

  4. What Google sees after the page loads Google doesn’t click or scroll. Text that appears only after a tap may never be read.

  5. Titles and headings Each page has its own title and one clear main heading.

  6. Labels that match the page Structured data describes only what visitors can see.

  7. Speed on a phone How fast the main content appears, how quickly a tap responds, and whether things jump.

  8. The same details everywhere Name, address or service area, and phone number match across your site and your listings.

  9. AI search crawlers The crawlers AI assistants use to search the web can reach your site. Letting training crawlers in is a separate choice.

  10. Facts people can rely on Plain answers on what you do, where, for whom, and how to reach you.

We don’t promise search volumes. Where we can’t measure something, we say so.

How it’s quoted

Start with the audit. Decide from there.

Audit, then fixes; monthly optionalQuoted after a short call

  • site size
  • what’s broken
  • ongoing content

The audit is a project fee, and the report is yours whether or not you continue. Fixes are a second fee, for the ones you choose. Monthly work is optional.

What the fees cover

  • The audit: a plain-language report with every finding ranked
  • The fixes you choose: crawler access, titles and headings, links between pages, structured data that matches the page, speed, clear business details
  • A content plan: one page for each real need your customers have
  • Monthly, if you carry on: content, and a report on how search sees you

Usage and limits

  • We set up Search Console in your account; the access stays yours
  • A paid tool is added only if it would help. The proposal names it and its cost.
  • Where we can’t change your site ourselves, the report says who does each fix
  • Not included: guaranteed rankings, rich results or AI citations

What we don’t do.

Websites and marketing have their own pages: Websites & apps and Marketing, ads & media.

  • Promise rankings, rich results or AI citations. Platforms change, and nobody can buy a position.
  • Make near-identical pages for every town. We write one page per real service area, with something true about that place.
  • Buy links.
  • Write fake reviews, or ask for reviews only from customers we expect to be happy.
  • Hide text or stuff keywords.
  • Set up a Google Business Profile for a business that isn’t eligible. If yours doesn’t qualify, we say so.

How we start

From a short call to a report you can use.

  1. 01

    A short call

Your site, what you sell, where you work and what you want people to find.

  2. 02

    A quote for the audit

A project fee, set after the call. Fixes and monthly work are quoted only if you want them.

  3. 03

    We run the audit

You get the report in plain words, with every finding ranked.

  4. 04

    You decide

Stop there, carry on with fixes, or add monthly work. The report is yours either way.

Why don’t I show up on Google?

These are the first things we check: pages search engines can’t reach, no clear page for each thing you sell, business details that don’t match, and pages that are slow or vague on a phone. Sometimes the reason is competition. That takes steady work over months, not a trick.

What does “AI-search readiness” mean?

Making your site easy for search engines and AI answer tools to find, read, understand and quote correctly. Google says its AI features have no extra requirements: a page has to be indexed and eligible to be shown as a snippet. So the work is good search work, done carefully.

Do you guarantee rankings, rich results or AI citations?

No. Nobody can. Google doesn’t take payment for ranking, and AI answers change from one ask to the next. We promise the work, checks you can repeat, and honest reporting.

Do I need llms.txt or special markup for AI search?

No. llms.txt is optional, and Google Search doesn’t use it. We’ll add one if you want, but we don’t sell it as a way to rank or be cited. Structured data helps search engines understand a page, but no markup guarantees stars or any other rich result, and Google no longer shows FAQ results. We add it only for what’s visible on the page, and never as review stars for reviews a business controls.

How long until something changes?

Changes can take anywhere from hours to months to show in Google. Indexing is never instant, so judge the work over months, not days.

Can you make a page for every town we serve?

Not copies. We make one page per real service area, each with something true and useful about that place.
