Risk Free · Marketing, ads & media

Steady, credible marketing. Fees and ad spend kept apart.

Risk Free makes your short videos and ad creative and runs your ads, as a one-off project or a monthly package with set deliverables.

Project fee, or a monthly package Quoted after a short call. Ad spend and third-party costs are listed separately in every quote.

The example month is fictional. It shows the method, not a result.

What you get

  • Short videos

For your ads and your website. Your package sets how many.

  • Ad creative

The images, edits and wording each ad needs.

  • Ads created and run

Set up on the platforms we agree with you, then managed within the budget you set.

  • A review of what came in

Enquiries and calls first, platform numbers second. A monthly package plans the next month from it.

How a month runs

Plan, produce, run, review.

A monthly package repeats these four steps. A one-off project follows them once and ends at delivery. Each step shows what is ours, what lands with a third party, and what you approve.

A month of marketing Example month · fictional
Fee, ad spend and third-party costs are three separate lines in every quote.
A fictional month. Week 1, plan: the plan is written and you approve it. Week 2, make: videos and posts are produced. Week 3, launch: more videos, posts and ad sets go out. Week 4, review: a last post, video and ad set, then the review. Ad spend sits in its own column, paid to the platforms within a budget you set, and is not part of our fee.

Two columns, never mixed.

Deliverables sit in our fee. Ad spend goes to the platforms and third-party costs to the people who do that work, each listed before anything is spent. The month runs in a set order so you always know what is coming next.

What the review counts.

  • Enquiries. Form messages and requests that reach you. The number that matters most.
  • Calls. If you use Heron Reception, the calls it answered and the messages it took.
  • Cost per enquiry. What the ad spend bought, counted in enquiries where they can be tracked, not in clicks.
  • Platform numbers. Clicks and views, reported as inputs, not results.

No vanity numbers. If a number wouldn’t change what you do next, it isn’t on the report.

How it’s quoted

A fee for the work. Everything else on its own line.

Project fee, or a monthly packageQuoted after a short call

  • deliverables
  • cadence
  • production needs

Our fee, your ad spend and any third-party costs are on separate lines in every quote.

What our fee covers

  • Planning: the month’s focus, the videos and the ad plan
  • Making and editing the videos and ad creative in your package
  • Creating the ads, and managing them within your budget
  • A review of what came in, with the plan for the next month

Kept on separate lines

  • Ad spend is paid to the platforms. You set the budget, and it is listed separately in every quote.
  • Third-party costs (actors, locations, stock, licensed music) are shown separately in every quote, before anything is spent.
  • Not included: guaranteed leads or sales, or work beyond the agreed deliverables.

What we don’t do.

Search work and websites have their own pages: SEO & AI search and Websites & apps.

  • Buy followers, likes or views.
  • Write or buy fake reviews.
  • Promise leads, sales or results. We make the work, run it carefully and report what came in.
  • Spend on a third party before the cost is listed in your quote.

How we start

From a short call to a plan you approve.

  1. 01

    A short call

What you sell, who you want to reach, and what you’d like made.

  2. 02

    A quote

Deliverables, how often, and what the production needs. Our fee, ad spend and third-party costs on separate lines.

  3. 03

    You approve the plan

The month’s focus, the ad budget and any third-party costs, before anything is spent.

  4. 04

We make it and run it

Then we report what came in. A monthly package carries on; a one-off project ends at delivery.

Questions.

Not sure what you need? Tell us what you’d like made and we’ll say what it would take.

Ask on a short call

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. Ad spend is paid to the platforms your ads run on. You set the budget, we work within it, and it is listed separately in every quote.

What does a package cost?

It’s quoted after a short call. The price depends on the deliverables, how often they’re made and what the production needs. Third-party costs are shown separately in every quote.

What counts as a third-party cost?

Things your work needs from someone else: actors, locations, stock footage and images, licensed music, paid tools. Each one is listed in your quote before anything is spent.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No. We make the work, run it carefully and report what it brought in. Your offer and your follow-through decide the outcome.

What’s the difference between a project and a package?

A one-off project makes an agreed set of deliverables once and ends at delivery. A monthly package repeats a plan each month, with the deliverables you agree.

Which ad platforms do you use?

The ones that suit your customers and your budget. We agree them with you in the plan, before any ad goes live.
